Oscar is an international insurance expert with over 20 years of experience structuring risk transfer solutions for multinational clients. Currently, he leads the Price Forbes and Partners regional platform for Latin America. With extensive knowledge of the capacity trends of the international insurance market, his teams have been able to structure solutions for numerous private and government operators in Mexico, Ecuador, Guatemala, Brazil, Argentina and other countries.
Throughout his career he has held several leadership positions in the multi-line insurance sector globally. Oscar was appointed Managing Director for Latin America in March 2017 and UK Branch Manager for Ardonagh Specialty Europe in 2021. Under his leadership, Price Forbes has grown to become one of the most recognized insurance/reinsurance brokers in Latin America, operating across all jurisdictions and multiple lines of insurance such as property, mining, aviation, A&H, space, parametrics and agriculture.
He holds an MBA from Imperial College London and the Oxford Advanced Programme in Management and Leadership.

Tarcan is CEO, Aviation and Space at Price Forbes and was responsible for co-founding the aviation team, which started in 2012. He has spent just under 25 years in the aviation insurance industry in various broking and client leadership roles.
He has worked in a number of diverse teams and placed and managed some of the world’s largest General Aviation Risks, including Airlines and Aerospace risks in challenging regions.
In his current role he is leading the largest Independent Aviation Broker in London. Primary focus on clients, team leadership, ensuring our competitive offering to aviation, aerospace portfolio.

Marcel is Chairman, Aviation and Space at Price Forbes and was responsible for establishing the global aviation insurance broker, Piiq Risk Partners, which was acquired by Ardonagh in 2021 and is now part of the Price Forbes brand Marcel has spent over 40 years in the aviation and aerospace insurance industry in various client centric leadership roles in both the UK and USA He has worked with and led diverse teams on behalf of many of the world’s largest Airline and Aerospace manufacturers and has a passion for innovative, client-driven solutions In his current role he is focused on the delivery of a dynamic alternative for aviation and aerospace clients, invigorating and challenging the aviation insurance industry to meet the Aerospace industry evolving challenges and needs.

Pedro Mesa is an accomplished Regional Director at Charles Taylor Aviation, bringing 40 years of experience in the aviation industry, including 19 years in aviation loss adjusting. With extensive experience across the Americas, Pedro has successfully managed all types of aviation claims and oversees a robust network of aviation surveyors throughout Latin America.
Prior to joining Charles Taylor, Pedro held senior positions at other international aviation loss adjusting firms, where he managed aviation claims, conducted risk audits, and performed asset management reviews. Pedro is a Licensed Airframe and Powerplant Engineer, a licensed all-lines adjuster, and an Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University certified aviation appraiser. Pedro also holds various other industry certifications, which highlights his extensive qualifications in numerous types of aircraft and engines.

Aileen is a partner in the aerospace practice specialising in handling domestic and multi- jurisdictional matters. She has over two decades of experience handling high impact accidents and complex litigation in Latin America and the Caribbean, representing major airlines and operators, and their insurers. Currently, Aileen is assisting clients in more than 25 jurisdictions in the Americas and the Caribbean and advises on aviation, civil, administrative and constitutional law, as well as the corresponding regulations applicable to the handling of aviation claims and contract interpretation in this region. She also has extensive experience in handling general aviation matters, providing direct legal assistance to small air carriers, aviation authorities, airports, military and their respective insurers and reinsurers, and, in addition, devotes time to training local and foreign companies doing aviation business within Latin America and the Caribbean focusing on issues such as risk and loss mitigation. Aileen has published numerous articles focusing on topics such as sustainability and economic recovery in the region, and has been a guest speaker at major aviation industry events such as AIA, IATA and ALTA.

He represents clients in significant aviation-related claims, as well as insurance and reinsurance companies in matters related to civil liability, insurance law, and consumer protection. He has also represented and advised lessors and financiers in aircraft transactions involving Colombia and in the repossession of aircraft by creditors. Giselle specialises in aviation law, having acted in most jurisdictions in Latin America and the Caribbean, representing airlines, general aviation operators, airport operators, ground handling companies and governmental entities in a wide range of complex and high-profile matters. Giselle has published several articles in specialised journals and books in her areas of practice, and lectured in aviation law, including in the Advanced Master's Program in Air and Space Law at Leiden University, in the Netherlands, and as a certified instructor for the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Giselle graduated with honours from Leiden's University International Institute of Air and Space Law, and received her law degree, also with honours, from the National University of Asuncion, in Paraguay.
